Setting hen

We have a hen setting on eggs. First time experiencing a hen actually sitting on the eggs. Just wondering, what you do after the eggs are hatched? Do you confine them with the mother, do you take them away?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Usually the mother will take care of them. If she doesn't, I would take the chick's and provide housing for them.
