Setting light... getting eggs

My girls stop laying because of the natuaral light change. I've just set up a 25 watt light in their coop on a timer. How long will it take for them to get back to laying eggs?

I have a 65 watt on 24-7, I've got a coop with no windows. I have 7 RIR and get 6 or 7 eggs a day.

Could take a week to 2 weeks all are different, Just make sure you dont leave the light on 24/7 its not good for them to have light all the time (they need dark also)light all the time can cause many issuses in the flock, An easy way to do it is get one of those light timers (walmart sells them) and set it to come on in the morning on off at night. As long as they are getting 14 hours of light they should start laying. Good luck.​
