Setting my first turkey eggs tonight any suggestions?

After reading various things regarding temperature, I am going to set my incubator to 100 F and hope for the best. I'm using a Brinsea Eco 20, have had great success with home grown chicken hatches, less so with shipped eggs. These turkey eggs are shipped, and my first attempt at turkeys. Any words of wisdom?

Let them sit for 8-12 hours at room temp
to rest, before putting in your incubator.

Thank you! They arrived yesterday, and have been resting since then. Any other suggestions so I don't kill these poor turkey eggs?

They and peafowl do better for me with higher humidity levels too than chickens. I like 60% on them
