Does a brody setting hen need to get off for food and water? How often?? Should you take her off a couple of times a day?? Is it 21 days for baby chickens to hatch?? This is my first try!! Any helpful hints???

She will get up when she needs to, which will not be often. Do not feed her in the nest or she will poop on her eggs. She knows what she is doing and is best left alone for the most part. Birds that are bothered too much will sometimes give up on their eggs.
