Setting up Paypal questions

Can somebody please tell me how to set up a paypal account? Or at least point me in the right direction? Thank You!

Go to www.paypal.com
There are different options and I don't know all about it, so hopefully someone else can give you some details.

Go to Paypal.com
It will take a few days for the account to become active because they will want to deposit like >02 cents in your checking account and then take it back out to test that the transactions are going right. It's not hard.

Paypal deposits a few cents in your bank acc to confirm your identity (avoid fraud) then you need to check with your bank what exactly this amount is (Very small, a few cents) you communicate this to Paypal, this way they now that you are who you say you are, and your account is ready to go.
