Seven dead hens within 4 hours, not attacked. UPDATE: Teflon Poisoning!

I was thinking that too about ammonia but would think OP would be able to clearly smell the ammonia.
Feels like some sort of toxicity or the weasel idea is on point.
I just cleaned the whole thing 2 days ago and it doesn't stink. I also find it weird that they all died so rapidly and close together. Wouldn't there be symptoms first?

There may have been symptoms but if you were not right there you would not notice. When were you last out there?

I was out there just after 2 pm then at 5:30 pm and one appeared to be gone but was still warm so I came in to look up information, then back out at 7:15 and 7 appeared to be dead.

Not sure, our thought was along those lines- because it seems to be such a cluster- but the water is the same as always and so is the food except that I had mixed in a bag of feather fixer.
Wasn't any old cleaner or anything of that sort in food/water buckets? If you pull one off the roost and handle it a little does it seem ok? No thermometer that Could have busted?

I'd say being over heated. It is MINUS FORTY DEGREES FAREHNEIT here. No frost on ANY windows because of proper ventilation. No frostbite except on young chicks. No heat lamp except on chicks. My birds are fine. I only use a 100 watt heat lamp. Were you using a 250 watt heat lamp? That's a hot lamp.
Or weasel.
