I think time is the answer along with liquids. I think she needs a flushing on her system but anything too aggressive right now could kick her over the edge. If you could get her on oxygen, this would no doubt do wonders.
 
Did you or is it a good idea to wipe her down? Is there "dust" on her comb and feathers or its a gas? All I would think of is some positive air flow in a warm room . small fan maybe unless you know someone with oxygen . I too am so very sorry for your loss.
 
How about prednisone ? I dont see it mentioned anywhere and I am thinking humans get it to shrink inflammation in the lungs. albuterol puffers for asthma opens the airway. No idea on chickens , just a thought .
