My babies are doing well. They have adapted to a cage in the coop. We have three vents in the coop and the laying hens don’t mind their presence since they are in a cage and our coop is so big but we may do an addition to the backside of the coop anyway I never thought of that before but it’s a hilarious thought to think from where I was a year ago. Very much spoiled miss prim proper . Now I’m a canning farmer egg chicken duck lady. Oh how far I’ve come #blessedandthankyoujesus

Ps the super littles are in my kitchen having the time of their lives staying warm inside because it got down to 44 last night but our coop stayed a solid 60

It is 42 here this morning with only a high in the mid 50's today. Working outside though so no sweating. Where are you located? I am in Ohio.

Mine are all doing well, I hope that yours are too. They don't mind the colder weather even when it has gotten down to 14 below 0 here. They are good about adapting to the cold. I am fortunate that way. Thanks for asking about them.

Sounds like your weather is acting a lot like ours. Hopefully they are wrong about the US having a lot of snow this winter. I can live without that, lol.
