Your black silkie #1 is not a pure silkie, but a silkie cross.

Your SLW with the straight comb is a boy, the one with a rose comb looks to be a girl.

Your GL Polish I am going to guess is a boy, but could go either way if it is a hatchery Polish.

I can't help with the Australorps because I've never had them.

Ruby looks to be a girl and a production red.

Are you sure they are only a month and a half old? They look older than that to me.

if it is a silkie cross what is it crossed with?
we got them (the 2 black and 2 white ones from a local breeder) and the only chickens she had were silkies??

I agree that first 'silkie' is not purebred. Looks more like a polish.

The first SLW is definately a rooster (cockeral).

The next two SLW's are pullets.

ETA: I would suspect your EE to be a rooster as well, but that is just a suspicion!

It could be crossed with anything. Definitely NOT pure bred Silkie. With Silkie crosses because most Silkie traits, with the exception of the hookless (silkie) feathers, are dominate, it is hard to tell by looking what they are crossed with. Anyone can guess, but only the person that you got them from can tell you for sure.
