I jave removed her cleaned her wound daily with vetracin wound was and am applying Tripple antibiotic ointment daily. She is bright alert eating drinking and pooping normally. Will she survive this. She is soo sweet I want to give her a chance to survive!

That doesn't look like a breeding injury, at least one I haven't seen before.

Looks more like a wound caused by a predator attack, & it's just beginning to heal, meaning it's an older injury.

She'll heal up fine, just keep it clean, & moist. Make sure it has enough dry time before the next application of a moistening agent like Triple Antibiotic Ointment(None pain Relieving.)

Unfortunately it was my rooster that did this. I was away for a couple of days amd she was continually attacked. Im hopeful she will recover with treatment as she is eating and drinking well!

How do you know it was him, if you were away?

She is in a secure run and no other birds are injured. Inwinessed him attack her when I returned.

Chickens will attack a wounded flock member sometimes. They're seen as weak by the flock mates.

Was there somebody watching your birds?

Potentially anything sharp in the coop ripped her back open?

Yes, she has a good chance to survive this.

Yes, chickens can be brutal. You might need to keep that hen separate so they cannot pick at her injury while it is healing. If you keep her in an adjacent pen (wire mesh between them), she can hopefully remain part of the flock, and not get bullied when she is re-introduced. Introducing a single hen can be quite difficult, so it's best not to completely separating her (out of sight & sound).

Im keeping her inside due to flies. Thats the last thing she needs. I have a plan to reintroduce her when she is healed. I have found a good resource to do it safely.
