I have three chickens and I went out today and one is being severely pecked to the point it’s bleeding. I don’t know what to do and I have no way of separating them as I only have one coop. It is a large coop it originally houses 9 and I only have three in there. They also have a large enclosure to walk around in so they are not in a tight confined space. I have sprayed it with an anti peck and an antiseptic spray however it doesn’t seem to be working. Please help as it seems to be in great pain. I have attached some pictures below

That's really sad. I have one hen that pecks the crap out of me, don't know why but she doesn't mess with the other hens. Have you thought about using an old wooden play pen or a dog crate? If you absolutely have no way to separate them then get in touch with your local farm store. Mine will take chickens and excess roosters in and find them new homes. This would be more humane. If the farm store doesn't work, try an animal shelter. Good luck.

Welcome To BYC!
Are all 3 females (hens/pullets)? Do you have a rooster/cockerel?
Can you get a large dog crate/kennel to put in your coop or run. She needs to be separate out if she is getting picked on that much.
I do see new feather growth and but it looks like there's some broken blood feathers too, that is probably where some of the blood is coming from, not all.

You mention you have a large space for them - how much sq ft is the coop and run?

Treat your injured girl with antbiotic cream like neasporin.
Severe pecking can become a problem brought on by crouding or boredom.
Sometimes feather pecking can also be a nutritional issue for lack of protein.
Check your feed bags for protein content and date. Old feed looses some of its nutrtional value.
Give your chickens things to do. Stuff to dig and scratch thru. Lots of ideas for chicken boredom on this site.
If you have one particular feather picker, concider chicken blinders. I have used them in the past with success. Pack of 24 with the plyers to put them on for $14.00 from amazon.
