I sewed a skirt yesterday!!! So excited! Anyone else know how to sew?

I sew for my business (small thing on the side) but I love it. I have started the task of making a baby quilt for each of my pregnant friends, it seemed easy enough until they kept going and I now have a quilt to make for each baby (one a month) from now until January.

Cool! I think I will start a business too. Like going to the farmers market to sell things.

Super cool! I am not that experienced yet...but I hope to learn fast. I can make aprons, skirts, pillowcases, and pj pants.

I love sewing am better with blankets and quilts than I am with clothes but neither is good enough to sell I just do it for fun .

Thanks a lot but I don't know how to quilt yet. I just know how to sew But thanks for asking, maybe I'll learn someday.

Yeah, I don't even know if mine are good enough, but it is fun to do.

Sewing is my favorite hobby besides chickens. I make mostly home dec. items and what I call utilitarian stuff, like covers for grills, ATV's, tote bags, etc. I have been having fun teaching my great niece to sew and making doll clothes, etc. I find that fitting clothing is rather difficult.
