Hello, we got chicks from North 40 the first week of April not sure how old they were then or now. I will include a picture of them when we got them for reference.
We are having a hard time with a few of them as far as breed, and this one for both breed and sex. I believe it is either a Sapphire Gem or Sapphire Olive Egger. We got 10 chicks 2 of 5 breeds. The rest are easy to tell apart but the Sapphires is not so easy!
Any help would be great!! Thank in advance!

When you got them, they were just a few days old.
If that was the first week of April, and this is the first week of June, the current age is about 9 weeks.

We are having a hard time with a few of them as far as breed, and this one for both breed and sex. I believe it is either a Sapphire Gem or Sapphire Olive Egger.
That one is probably a Sapphire Gem, because I would expect a Sapphire Olive Egger to have a small crest of feathers on the head, behind the comb. But there is a chance it's a Sapphire Olive Egger who didn't get the crest gene.

Either way, that bird is definitely a male.

Thank you so much for the information! Now we have to find a new home for our little gent.
