2 Possible Blue Laced Red Wyandotte, probably a cockerel.

3 Cockerel, Black Copper Marans or BCM mix.

4 Mixed breed, probably a cockerel.

I agree with BantamLover21 except I would place #3 as a BCM pullet and #4 as a Splash Marans, probably pullet....and those look closer to being 4 months of age.
