I’d really love to add olive eggs to my flock. If I hatch eggs from my Cuckoo Maran hens and Blue Ameraucana Roo. I should get an olive egger right? My other question is will the chicks be sex linked? Black solid females and Barred males? I’ve been trying to read up on color and genes and I’m not sure if I have it right?

You should get olive eggs, but I doubt they'll be sex linked.

Read Oliver Eggers:

Olive eggers are a mutt with any background. The name merely describes the color of their eggs. This hatchery is selling them in many colors, but that doesn’t mean you can’t deliberately breed sex links.
Only in real breeds we will see predictable traits. Easter Eggers and Olive Eggers are not breeds.

Yes, you're right about the sex linking.

But with a blue father, half of them will have blue instead of black.
So some females will be black solid and some will be blue solid.
The males will have some black with white barring and some blue with white barring.
(The blue gene just turns black into blue, without any effect on the barring.)
