I got an older sexlink at a bird swap. I thought they lay brown eggs but this girl lays a beautiful green egg. She looks like the pics of sexlinks so any idea?

You have an Easter Egger, not a Sex Link, who happens to superficially resemble a Sex Link hen. Easter Eggers are also hybrids produced by crossing a blue egg layer (Araucana or Ameraucana) with another breed. The cross between a blue egg layer and a brown egg layer produces a green egg layer. Since, Easter Eggers have a lot of different parents, they come in all kinds of color patterns.
