What Kind of sexlink will I get from a black minorca rooster and a barred rock hen? How do I tell the male from females?

the type of sex links will be. Barred Sex links. all of the chicks will hatch black. but the males will have a white/cream headspot. the females will lack this headspot.

minorcas lay white eggs. and BR lay brown eggs. so the cross will lay cream colored eggs

Nope, the wyandottes and mincora will just give you a mixed breed bird, no sex linked factors.

A Minorca Rooster over a Wyandotte Hen WILL give you sex-link chicks. (if they are pure for breed)
At day one chicks with longer wing feathers are pullets and the chicks with short wing feathers are cockerels.
