Sex links: Buff/Blue Buff/Splash Buff Brahma x Light Brahma

I'm painfully new to poultry genetics but stumbled across some info here indicating buff columbian male X light females would result in sex linked offspring, females being buff and males being light hiding buff. Does this still hold true if the rooster is a blue buff or splash buff? I recently hatched some BBS columbian eggs, and already own some light brahma female chicks, so I'm curious if I could breed some sex links down the line.

Blue buff Columbian or splash buff Columbian rooster over light (columbian) females will produce sex links.
