sex links or what r they?

When did sex links from hatcheries start coming in pea comb? Normally a single comb cross bred bird.

I enlarged the pictures, and it looks quite like a single comb. Hard to tell though.

This is my silver laced wyandotte 5-6 weeks does it look like a pullet?? no wattles at all yet and comb looks more red in picture its actually kinda orange
