Sex Links?

I have some eggs in the bator from a mixed flock . . .

The main rooster is an EE, the sub-dom rooster is a polish(but I dont know if he gets any these days).

The hens are RIR, BR, EE,Leghorn, and Del.

Will this combo give me feather-sexable chicks?
They are due to hatch this weekend.

How exactly does one make sex-links?

Hi so now my eggs have hatched into chicks.
I got 4 right now with another 3 that SHOULD still hatch . . .

The 4 I have are all black and 3 of them have the white/yellow spot on the back of their head.
2/3 I believe were from (different)BR hen, the other is an EExEE from olive egg, and the 4th is all black(EExEE) with some brown scattered thruought.
ALL the chicks have an EE as the rooster.

Is the white spot on those 3 chicks a sex-link and does it mean they are roosters?

I could not see a difference in the length of feathers.
