I have a poullet she's 6mths now not laying yet they said she's a Sexlink but I'm not sure...and I'm trying to sell her but want too make sure she is that breed. She also isn't laying yet but not showing signs of being a rooster...

She should be laying, but, but.... some individuals simply take longer. She may have been edged out for feed, or slightly lower on the pecking order. She may simply be a runt and/or a very slow developer. She may also not have access to a nest or chooses not to use the nest.

I gave my neighbor a pullet last summer that was a month to six weeks "late" compared to her hatch mates. Sure enough, within a month, she began to lay and lay very well. She just took her time. I made my neighbor very happy.

I'm not knowledgable too the breed...as a hen or rooster how much should I ask for Her?
Again, not a breed, but a mix. That said, a good laying pullet is worth the market rate of your area, often $10-$15, sometimes a bit more.

Since she isn't laying yet, you'll have to disclose that.
