My how they've grown. It's funny when you look at them in the brooder and then you take a pic and they are a different sex than you thought.
Let's hear your input on sex and quality. They are 8 weeks old. My guess, 1, 2, 3 pullet, 4 roo.

It looks like a hen to me. If it was a little bigger I would think it be a roo.
Look too young. Silkies are one of the hardest breeds to sex and it almost seems like they can change gender at times
You may want to wait a little long... about another 4 weeks should be ok.
1,2,3 look like pullets and 4 looks like a rooster. Also, they look pretty good. #4's neck looks too long. Also, they should have feathering down the whole length of the middle toe. They look pretty good. Good job keeping them nice and white.
