We wouldn't get rid of him. Got plenty of room if it turns out rooster. I am curious though when we can be sure?

If it helps, here is a picture of my blue cochin pullet for comparison, hatched on April 26. She's only got a wee bit on pinkening. So I'd say you have a cockerel as well.

This is what pullets look like at the age yours are. In cochins roosters get red early and pullets take a few more months. Your blue splash is a rooster.
