Sex of chick question

I have a general question. My flock consists of many variety of hens, (see signature line) and I have 3 black cochin roos. Three weeks ago I hatched 2 chicks, 1 black, 1 yellow, but is now feathering to mostly white (I don't have any white hens) I just hatched 10 new chicks last night, all a variation of all black. My question is what about the white one. Could it be a roo since roos are typically lighter in color? I can post pics if necessary, but it is only 3 weeks old, is this too early to sex?

I really don't know what hens my eggs come from, they're all together in one coop.

What color is your Rock(s) and what color(s) are your EEs or Ameraucanas?

my Rock's are barred, the EE's are all dark, mostly gray

Maybe you have a blue factor bird throwing some splash chicks? I would say give it a couple of weeks and post some pictures.

Reading your signature line I would guess it came off the Sexlink and is a possible roo. That would be my best guess of where the white came from.
