How old are they? could you take pics of there combs?
Looks like you only have one red sexlink. The lighter colored chick is a Buff Orpington. Can't be sexed by coloring, and they are not typically a fast developing breed. You'll have to wait and see for that one. Your sexlink is definitely a pullet. They are about 2 to 3 weeks old.

Orpingtons can not be sexed by feather development. Sorry. They are a wait and see breed, and sometimes they keep you waiting for months.The buff has two sets of wings does that mean pullet?
