Sexed day old silkies?

My Pet Chicken says they're the only people who offer sexed day old silkies. I don't know anything about sexing chickens, so bear with me.

WHY are they able to sex a silkie when apparently no one else can? I'd like to order some girls but I don't know if I can trust them or not.

It really sends me over the edge that they (MPC) market themselves in such a manner, to uninformed buyers. Professional Silkie breeders CANT sex Silkies until they are nearing 6 months of age, and they usually specialize in the breed.
