Precisely! It's concentrated to the saddle and shoulders just like I'd expect from a cockerel!

The coloring is on the tail, on the wings and under the wings, not just in the shoulders and saddle feather area. There is actually hardly any coloring on the shoulders. The pattern looks consistent in the feathers and not just in certain areas. I’m still not see the cockerel red coloring.

It may not be a bad idea to keep updating us weekly with pictures of her coloring and her comb.

This is such an interesting bird. It has loud male specific coloring. However that comb still says pullet.

I want to say pullet. Until I look at all that red. I think super slow developing cockerel makes more sense though. Please keep updating us!!
