sexing 6 1/2 week old rhode island red

4 of my rir's have long tail feathers, but one has hardly any tail at all. What do i look for to figure out what is male and what is female

At this age you should look at combs, not tails. Anyone have pink, large combs? The whole "males have smaller, slower growing tails" thing is not often accurate, and I almost never use it to sex my birds.
