Sexing 9 Week old New Hampshire Reds

Good Afternoon everyone! I have 5 New Hampshire Reds I have been trying to watch and determine everyone's genders. One specifically, I call him Kyle or Chad, I am pretty sure he is a cockerel based on behavior, but some of the other's have redder combs then him. Need advice! (Don't mind the poop everywhere, I hadn't cleaned it up yet since I let them on the patio about an hour before this!) Here he is:

All of these look like pullets to me, but I've never had this breed/type before.
