Cockerel! You can see male-specific saddle feathers and it's comb is very large and red for it's age.
Aww man. I was hoping for a hen, cuz we got 4 silverrudds of different colors and the others have huge and dark combs and waddles, and this one is smaller than them in all aspects

I feel your pain - I hatched 5 Black Copper Marans from 7 eggs last year and only ended up with one pullet :( Always winning the cockerel/rooster lottery, but there is hope yet! My last batch of six appears to be (fingers crossed) one cockerel and five pullets!

This is one of the other silverrudds in the batch. About 15% bigger and you can judge the comb for yourself. Maybe the splash looks more like a hen now?

Here’s a better comparison shot. Same age, same brood.

Unfortunately, I'm still thinking cockerel (though I understand why you see a difference between them). I will say that I haven't had this breed personally. I have never seen a pullet with such a red comb at this age though, but I won't say that it's impossible, but unlikely. I'm sure someone else will pipe in sooner than later.
