Hi again! So, we have an Australorp who is about 7-8 weeks old now, and I'm beginning to think the "she" is actually a he.. compared to the other Australorp we have, this one's comb is much redder and larger, the other one barely has a comb at all! Either way, I just want to get a second opinion. Do you think this "she" is a he?
Also, don't be alarmed, we were giving them some bread to get them closer, the australorps don't really like to be touched and held yet, so, enticing them over is the only way to go.

I’ll guess cockerel since your other one is distinctly less developed in comb and wattles at the same age. We have 3 females and 1 male (specifically purchased a sexed male) Australorps, and at around this age, there was a definite difference between females and the male. Ours started crowing around 11 weeks. You’ll know for sure soon enough! Thecomb and wattles on our male Australorp are very distinct now at 13 weeks.
