Sexing Barred Rock and EE chicks.

I am thinking about buying chicks this year. I started last year with birds that were at least 6 weeks old. I'm thinking about buying from someone I bought pullets from last year. She raises several different breads. I would like BR and EE chicks. She is telling me that she is able to sex both breeds. I would get the chicks at 4 days to a week old. Is what she is telling me about the sexing really possible? I know EE are really hard to sex until older for most people. Just don't want to end up with a bunch of Roos!

Unless she is crossing her Barred Rock hens with an Easter Egger rooster, producing black sexlinks, she's guessing at their gender.
