Hello all, I'm fairly new to chicken raising. I've had my little flock for a year and wanted to expand by ordering different breeds of hatching eggs. I recently hatched 2 BCM chicks and 3 ameraucana chicks. I know it's early, but is there anyway to tell BCM Roos from hens at 2 weeks of age? I'm really wanting one of each. (I'm sure I won't get what I want, but I can hope right?
Anyone want to take a guess?

I just recently hatched 7 Olive Eggers, which is a combo between your 2 breeds. Had pea combs on some, straight on others. It didn’t matter, I could clearly see at 3 weeks the differences in comb development. I say give it a week and you will, too!

Pretty little chicks you have there, Cassie29! Mine have just passed the 3 week mark, and I'm pretty sure now that my two are both roosters :'(
