sexing Black star

OK. I know black star are sex linked but what are the differenced for male and female? Local farm store just got some in today but before I get any I want to make sure I know what I'm gettin.

Males have a white spot on their heads.

ps, in the UK they're called "Miss Pepperpots".

Thats what I was thinkg but NONE of them had any marks on their head. Some of them had a red color to their beak but that was all I noticed. I don't know if all of them did or not but at least some of them had a light spot on cheir chest but other than that they were just black. I was in a hurry and didn't spend alot of time there so I may have missed something but definately no spots on their heads.

Perhaps the feed store ordered all pullets from the hatchery.
