Sexing Chicks - HELP!

I'm new to this and fell in love with these two right away. I can't keep Roos at my place so I'm hoping for pullets. The single comb on the D'anver is confusing me. I've gone back and forth with the BR on sex because of how fast the feathers have developed.

Both chicks are exactly 3 weeks of age in these pics. The barred is incredibly sweet. I hope he/she is a pullet.

I am not sure, but the first pic is so cute!

I think it's a cockerel, but I'm not positive. My four-week-old Sebright doesn't have even a speck of redness or development in her comb. (I know they're not the same, but they do have rosecombs.)
