How can you sex a day old brown sex-link?Can you go by the color.?

red stars, gold comets, black star?
Or simply put who are the parents?

the day the chick is hatched.. pull up the wing and observe the feathers along the top edge.. if there is one and a half rows of feathers its a hen.. if one straight line of feathers its a roo.. according to some experts n the field.. good luck..jdy
