Sexing D'Uccle Bantams (Mille Fleur and Porcelain)

I am still leaning towards female for those both.. but!! You should know more definitively by the end of this week!!

I am too, but OCD about it too haha. I am surprised at how much farther along a lot of people's 3 week old d'Uccles are compared to mine! They seem to be feathering in fairly similarly so I'm hoping that means they are the same gender and girls

Yea, plus the comb isn't looking like a camel hump. You'll know shortly... at least they aren't silkies!!

@kurby22 I’m so glad this thread has been helpful! My porcelains sure seem to be a pair right now! Who I love dearly. I think the pink on my guy was brighter after looking at Ang’s pics again, whose girl gave me a lot of hope! I think it goes to show that there’s variation and things can change pretty quickly between week 2 - 7.

Im hoping to keep him (am seeing if a local vet can caponize him bc I am unreasonable and did not prepare for the love I now feel…we’ll see! I have found a great potential home for him if things don’t align).

Here’s my 7 week pic for good measure. I have to say I’m super appreciative for everyone’s help on here and hope this thread can be good for comparisons like yours.

What a useful thread!!! Great use to compare to my 4 week olds. I have one that keeps me questioning! This was 3 days ago at Just shy of 4 weeks
