If they already look all white like that you should be able to voice sex them with ease. If you have 2 sexes you should here 2 types of voices, just video one of each type and post here. If they all sound the same to you then you probably have only one sex, again video that and post it to us. If you think you have more than 2 types then again just tape and post one of each.

2 appear to be slightly smaller from the photo but it's really hard to tell that way especially because the angle of the photo could affect this. Try posting a video of them being noisy!

The only sure way will be with voice sexing since it isn't a breed where the males and females have different coloration.
