My pullet (hopefully) is over 3 months and judging by her face I was sure she was a she, but now I think she is starting to get saddle feathers, what do you think he or she?

It looks to be a pullet, if it was a male the spurs on its legs would be thicker and a larger comb hope this helps

Not a profile pic, but shows the feathers I am talking about

What about these two, red comb developed early but what do the feathers say (3.5 months)

Those two are just starting to get their male feathers. Male saddle feathers are long, very thin, and pointed. You need to look at the whole shape of the feather, not just the pattern inside a feather.
