Sexing Isa Browns

I have 2 IB pullets (I think). I keep hearing different things about how to tell if they are male or female. I held them upside down and only 1 fights right off while the other takes a few minutes (after laying straight). I've also heard that the males are white with spotty brown (they changed a lot since birth). They are 3 weeks old. I can't have a rooster in my neighborhood so I'm just trying to figure it out. Can anyone help?

Isa browns are sex linked, males are bright yellow, females are honey colored. Don't hold chicks upside down, they can aspirate in their crop and die.
