Sexing Mixed Breed Chickens

I have three week old mixed breed chickens, nine of them, how can I tell if they are pullets or cockerls? Some of them are fighting around and showing signs of dominance, will post pictures later

when i was a kid my mom would hatch eggs then she would pick them up by thier neck and if they started kicking it mint they were male and if they did not kick they were pulletts
