Sexing my five-week-old Black Copper Marans

Alright, this is my last mystery bird. Any thoughts on whether Violet the Black Copper Marans is a roo or a pullet? She's constantly on the move, so let me know if these non-ideal photos are sufficient. In the group photo, she's the center chick.

That's what I'm hoping, since I don't see cockerel saddle feathers or much in the way of reddening on the comb. Wasn't sure if there were other things I could look for on a BCM for sexing! I've heard they're notoriously difficult to sex.

Agree, pullet. They are actually easy to sex, as males will comb quite early, usually.
