Does anyone know where we could find LCN hatching eggs or chicks for sale?

If they don't, I'd search for breeders of them. I have exhibition-quality silkie eggs shipped to me from all over the U.S. The hatch rate this year due to USPS handling has cut most of us to half or less, so I'd order at least twice the eggs you desire to have chicks from. Verify them first and/or check their ratings to be sure you are dealing with a legitimate breeder and not a scammer.

McMurray told me they lost their entire flock to AF. We have gotten three batches from two separate breeders but we have had terrible hatch rates. We hatched 2 out of 12, then 2 out of 8 (one died after 24 hours), then 1 out of 7. We are waiting on 12 more from a third breeder. I am sure hoping out hatch rates will improve once we are not dealing with shipped eggs. It’s going to be a long road but hopefully in the end we can start hatching our own eggs.
