Just got this 2/3 week old buff polish frizzle. Im thinking i may have a roo because the comb is in a V shape and the other 2 polish frizzles that came from same hatch has a single comb with a knot. Is this V a strong indicator of a roo? This chick also is a tad aggressive with my other 4 week old chicks, beak to beak staring contest.

Thank you for replying! Is it the comb thats the indicator?
Honestly, it's too early to tell. Based on that picture, I would guess roo, and give it a 60% chance of being right. The comb is not an indicator. It was inherited from the Polish, and is not sexlinked. At that age, chicks will start working on the pecking order, regardless of their sex, so aggressiveness is not a cockerel trait. My current best setter was chest-bumping all of her siblings at that age, trying to make herself the lead chick.
