Sexing Pullets?

I just bought 4 Pullets 2 weeks ago that are approx 14 weeks old. I was told that they were probally hens, but I am having doubts about one of them.

What are the best ways to determine the sex of chickens this age? If I post pics can anyone here tell me what sex they are by seeing them?
