So I have pekin blue swede welsh harlequin and khaki campbell what would lay these gorgeous darker ones first time I ever saw ones like that. On ponds edge definitely not my chickens and its silky like a duck

Probably duck eggs. They can range from white, to light gray or green/blue tint.

There's a lot of information and studies on how pigment is applied in both Poultry (Chicken) and Waterfowl (Ducks, etc.) eggs. It's interesting and you may want to do a bit more research on the reproductive system and how eggs are formed, etc.
Pigment is applied in the shell gland, there's many factors that can dictate how vivid the color may be. Often it's just over time, the "spray booth" doesn't have a much pigment available. I've noticed this in my brown egg layers, as the laying season gets into full swing, sometimes the eggs can be lighter as time goes by.

Here's a quick Gemini Overview

Sorry that didnt answer my question. I knew by silkiness and where I found it that it was a duck, however I was asking what breed

Looks like any of the 3 breeds you have may lay blue/green tinted eggs. I guess you'd have to patrol while they are laying and see who is doing what:)
