Sexing rescued juvenile Barred Rock

Can anyone offer help. Here is a link to a video showing this juvenile I rescued from a local park (in a cold region). The video us useful for feather definition. Most of the indicators I see point to pullet but the tail feathers look like sickles.

This has to be one of the sweetest and best socialized chicks I've ever encountered and because of that Im not sure I can integrate it with my flock. Additionally we arent allowed roosters. Im going to spend time trying to find a good home for it. So, any help in sexing is appreciated.
