We got them shipped from our local farmstore, when they were young they looked like females, and they have small combs so I’m not sure. All the other young SF Roos I’ve seen had way more black all around, can a chick have just a little black and just be a poorly colored hen?Were they vent sexed by a hatchery?
If they have black breast feathers, they are cockerels. The one is definitely a cockerel. The other is also looking like a boy as well.
