If anyone could help me with these that would be great. I am noticing differences, but these are my first sebrights so I would like a second opinion.

It's very early to be sexing those babies :)

At 3 weeks age I often see the beginnings of cockerel behaviours - posturing, they are often more likely to run up to your hand and chest puff at it, etc.. - but this is suggestive only.

At about 6-8 weeks that behavior is a lot more apparent and reliable and comb differences are becoming more identifiable. A male with a correct comb will have a longer comb and "should" develop the two prongs at the back whereas a hen should have a shorter and more compact comb.

At about 12 weeks you'll notice the cockerels develop the more pointed saddle feathers (hens remain round) - in all other respects the sexes have the same feathering.

Based on your two pictures there - and this is "only" a suggestion - but you might have a silver pullet and gold cockerel. Keep us updated!!
