I've heard of the U vs V shape sexing method. I personally pay attention to comb width at hatch, the ones with the wider combs often turn out male. I would suspect perhaps the U shape would go along more with a wider comb as Chicalina was speculating.
I don't really have any guesses as to gender on your cuties. The combs look pretty flat still which is to be expected at their age. I've had little silkie cockerels younger than them start developing combs but that doesn't happen all that often. Probably in another 5 weeks you'll be able to get a better idea.
